So are you still sticking with the planks? Feeling stronger? Hopefully! Here’s planking for day 5. I call this army crawl. I like this one cause it’s effective and tough.
Start in your traditional plank position and then keep your leg off the ground but bring it towards your arm. Feel the crunch in your obliques (side of your abs). Bring your leg back and switch legs. Count and see how many you can do. Stay strong! This is the last day of the challenge..unless you want to keep going. Hope you finish strong!!
