In fact I have a couple <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitsteph.co\/2012\/12\/chunky-crunchy-cereal.html\">RECIPES<\/a> that I used to make all the time and my girls love eating. I knew I could sub the flour easily, but what about the oats?? Well I found the PERFECT recipe so I&#8217;ll share. It&#8217;s Paleo so no grains or refined sugars.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1773\" height=\"1773\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1815\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564.jpg 1773w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2564-1536x1536.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1773px) 100vw, 1773px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<i>Regular granola on right, Paleo on left<\/i><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2568.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2568.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1536\" height=\"2048\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1816\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2568.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2568-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2568-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2568-1152x1536.jpg 1152w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Granola<\/b>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 cups nuts (I did almonds and walnuts)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp tapioca flour (this gives it a crunch&#8230;you don&#8217;t have to but if you have on hand, I would)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 cup honey&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup coconut oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp cinnamon&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put all ingredients except coconut oil in food processor or blender.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Pulse to combine and add chunks of coconut oil as it gets crumbly and mixes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Once crumbly, stop and spread on a pan.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes. I suggest taking out and mixing up a little in between.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>When browsing slightly, remove and let cool and break apart.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2581.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2581.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1536\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1817\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2581.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2581-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2581-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2581-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitsteph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/img_2581-1536x1152.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThis is so good! My husband has been putting some in his yogurt and loves it. It&#8217;s a great snack with a banana and you&#8217;re not getting any grains or refined sugar so no blood sugar crash; it&#8217;s quite filling. I think adding pumpkin spice and cashews and Brazil nuts would be tasty too. So many options!
